I found this hotel to be good value for money, especially with some current deals. While the breakfast was excellent and I even received a free room upgrade, the location wasn't great for getting to the downtown area. Unfortunately, the reception staff weren't very welcoming during my stay, and the noise from the traffic was a bit disruptive. However, I did enjoy a comfortable stay overall.

Rooms
9.0
My room was huge, clean, and had a great view over the city. It featured a big, comfortable bed, a futon, a flat-screen TV with English channels, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a large bathroom complete with a bathtub.
Service
6.0
The service from the reception could definitely improve, as they weren't very responsive or welcoming. However, the laundry service was efficient, returning my washed items quickly at a reasonable price.
Location

I found the location to be a bit far from the city center, which meant I had to rely on tuk-tuks at about $4 each time I wanted to go downtown.
Dining

The breakfast was excellent with a good mix of both Western and Asian options available, and I appreciated that I could have more than one cup of coffee.
Facilities

Overall, the facilities were nice, but nothing overly exceptional stood out during my stay.

I found this hotel to be quite a good value for money, especially with the current deals. The breakfast was excellent, and I even got a complimentary room upgrade which was a nice surprise. However, the location isn't ideal if you want to be close to the Mekong downtown area, and I did experience some noise from traffic. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.
